We protect and care for our Earth
Conservation of species, environmental education and ecological enterprises for community development
Green School
Through the Green School project, we provide tools for environmental protection that allow the community to make responsible decisions, focus on solutions and become Agents of Change.

These are some of the workshops that will be taught.

We invite you to be part of this project.

Eco-business
This project seeks to promote empowerment, initiative, teamwork and environmental awareness through the implementation of small businesses aligned with regenerative values, such as sustainable trade, responsible consumption and community development..

Since 2022 we have been activating workshops with school and community groups.
Zero Waste
Reducing garbage is a challenge to mitigate pollution and preserve living ecosystems.
This program will provide awareness campaigns, environmental education, beach cleaning with a record of waste collected and separated by category, and the creation of sustainable enterprises that take advantage of recyclable waste.

We work hand in hand with the organization Mingas por el mar who is the organization at the national level that reports the data collected from each group of Mingas and sends an annual report to the government. Thanks to this effort the plastics law in Ecuador it is already in force.
We also cooperate with Cabos Collective.
Monitoring
wild life
This program aims to connect mainly children, and the entire community interested in participating in the monitoring of turtle nests and bird watching, as well as the protection of coral reefs.

It is a necessity that the local community gets involved and can be the source that educates the tourists who visit the area, allowing the creation of better bases for ecotourism in the future.

We cooperate with Jocotoco Foundation.
Protection of rights
of Mother Earth
We create strategies and good environmental practices generating a positive and lasting impact on the environment from education, through awareness.
Marine Wildlife Hospital
In addition to helping sick animals, it will also provide information on the great diversity of fauna that exists in the region and its ecotourism offers, generating economic benefits for people who want to offer their services.
This project will generate awareness in the community and among the tourists who visit us of the importance of taking care of the beaches so that the turtles can continue nesting and that the nests are protected.
wastewater treatment
We support projects that work on the creation of norms and regulations to protect the forest and water sources.
In this sense, our approach is to collaborate in the regulations on construction regulations, water supply and sewage treatment.

Regeneration of
Living ecosystems
We develop Regenerative Economy Projects through participatory dynamics with the community, focused on agroforestry systems, food security and functional health.
Project
FLORESTA NATIVA
In the area, we have the Project Floresta Nativa currently using agroforestry and we are planning to expand the application of this system in the region.
Given that our team has expertise and advice from TMA (Third Millennium Alliance), regenerative cocoa will be the product of focus to develop in the long term the production of artisan chocolate of the Commune linked to ecological tourism in the farms that are implementing this system.
Security
Food
The next step after educating in schools and creating small learning orchards, is to use communal land for the creation of larger community orchards. This will involve the active participation of community members where paid work spaces and training will be provided for anyone with interest in implementing orchards on their land.

Actions that protect
We have been working since 2021 on the reactivation of groups of beach cleaning called "Mingas". The Recycled Garbage Collection Center has also been reactivated, where we separate recyclable waste and deliver it to the Puerto Lopez Recyclers Association.

We work hand in hand with the organization Mingas por el mar which is the organization working at a national level registering the data collected from each Mingas group and sending an annual report to the government. Thanks to this effort the plastics law in Ecuador is already in enforcement.

We also cooperate with Colectivo Cabos whose focus is the reuse of fishing ropes and nets that are found washing up daily on the beaches.
This initiative seeks to educate the community involved in fishing and give them a future economic benefit in return for the ropes that are collected from the sea.
